#imagine
Sniff.. sniff.. you’re sobbing in your
room, Liam’s still not home, your daughter, now 5 years old is at a friend,
Liam would get her as well.
‘I can’t win.. I can’t win.. no.. I’d do
everything to prove you.’ Sounds through your room, Usher – his mistakes, one
of your favorite songs.
You sit down at the ground against your bed
with your back, hands roughly through your hair, tears streaming down your face
like the rain falls.
‘go and search for mommy..’ you hear from
the hall, then you hear some footsteps, your daughter.
You brush your tears away but they keep
streaming.
She comes in and watches you with big eyes.
‘Why are you crying mommy?’ she says,
coming over to you. Her accent is just cute, it’s in between a Dutch and an
English accent.
‘Nothing.. it’s not important, little
princess.’ You say, hugging her tightly.
Liam walks in, a little shocked as well,
seeing you on the ground.
‘What happened?’ he asks worried, helping
you to get up.
‘nothing.’ You try to force a smile, but
you fail.
‘Tell me.’ he looks in your eyes but you
avoid his glance.
‘Ah, I know it, babe, come over here.’ He pulls
you into a hug, rubbing your back until your little daughter pokes him.
‘You want to join princess?’ he smiles and
lifts her up.
‘Why’s mommy crying daddy?’
‘Sometimes you’ve been so strong all the
time, that when you’re alone, you cry.. that’s why she cried, mommy had so many
tough times, and I think she’s so brave..’ he says, brushing another tear from
your cheek.
‘mommy, I love you, you a strong woman.’ You think it’s so cute how she tries to understand
it, you kiss her cheek, trying to smile, only a tiny smile curls around your
mouth.
‘I love you too, and I love you as well
Liam.. thank you.’ You kiss his lips before pulling them together in a little
hug.
